Our supported living services are designed to empower individuals to live fulfilling and independent lives within a community setting. Our Supported Living Services

We offer a high-quality 24/7 amplified Supported Living for adults with mental health and learning disabilities. We provide housing and support to adults who are at a reduced level of risk, on Section 117, Section 17 extended leave, CTO, informal, people with a forensic history, learning disabilities and autism.

Every person under our supervision undergoes a thorough evaluation by our knowledgeable team to determine the most suitable care plan for them. This assessment takes into account both the expertise of our clinical staff and the personal preferences of the individual. Our area of expertise lies in aiding recovery by:

  • Preventing hospital admissions
  • Assisting with the transition from inpatient care to our Supported Living environment
  • Minimizing the chances of deterioration
  • Providing care and support to promote independent living within the community.
